Revelation Workshop classes blend movement, breath, and philosophy in a grounded, accessible way. Each session follows a thoughtfully structured sequence that builds from foundational alignment to dynamic flow, with time for stillness and integration.
Classes often explore a central theme—rooted in the fundamentals of yogic philosophy and applied to modern life or vice versa. Expect a mix of classical asana, breathwork, and reflection, all taught with clarity, precision, and room to meet yourself where you are.
