You are what you eat
Every
single
thing
we eat, hear, feel;
see, smell, and breathe …
… enters our being and comprises our experience.
We are input machines … six (or more?) senses together; gathering
every
single
molecule of our surroundings and transcribing
every
single
moment of our life.
We are a reflection of everything we consume whether it is a coconut yogurt parfait with berries and seed & nut granola or the evening news.
You are what you eat.
Have discriminating taste.

“I am the sum total of everything that went before me, of all I have been seen, done, of everything done-to-me. I am everyone everything whose being-in-the-world affected was affected by mine. I am anything that happens after I'm gone which would not have happened if I had not come.”
― Salman Rushdie, Midnight's Children
